scheduling conflicts. As a good faith make up effort - everyone who
purchased a ticket for the April 7th date, in addition to receiving a
free ticket to the June 23rd show, will also receive a ticket voucher

Rather than issue $15 refunds for the difference in ticket prices - we
have decided to issue everyone a free voucher good for first day
admission to UMF 2008. While ticket prices for next year have not been

In the event of inclement weather - Urban Music Fest will be held indoors at the Travis County Expo Centor. Prior notification will be made if this decision is reached.
There is a 20% chance of rain in the forecast - please come prepared to
stay dry in the event of rainfall. The show will only be stopped in the
event of severe and life threatening weather.

Tickets are $25 presale and $30 at the gate. We are not selling VIP seating for the new show date. We will honor the original VIP tickets purchased for the April 7th date.
Tickets are available exclusively in Austin at Mitchie's Gallery; in Killeen at Under One Roof Bookstore - or online through the UMF Store.
Urban Music Festival is a rain or shine event. ALL TICKETS PURCHASED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All ticket holders will be given a wristband at the gate.
Patrons who have either 2-day wristbands or tickets from the original
April 2007 show will be able to redeem them for a new ticket to attend

Wristbands are non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced. Your wristband
provides you with unlimited in and out acess to Auditorium Shore as as
long as it is attached to your wrist and in original condition. You
must pass through security each time you enter UMF.

is a beautiful outdoor park overlooking Town Lake and downtown Austin.
You are encouraged to bring your lawn chairs and blankets for your
seating comfort.

UMF
is a family-friendly event and we have made preparations to create a
safe and secure environment at Auditorium Shores. On-site security will
be provided by the Parks & Recreation Dept Police.
Emergency medical staff and first aid stations will also be available on site for any medical emergencies that may arise.

bags entering the UMF grounds will be searched. Please do your part to
keep the entrance line short and leave large bags at home. The
following items will not be allowed on the grounds:
- Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at UMF)
- Bicycles on the UMF grounds (bike racks are available at the entrance)
- Carts
- Explosives
- Fireworks
- Food or beverages, except for factory-sealed water bottles – limit 2 per person
- Framed backpacks
- Glass containers
- Coolers
- All illegal substances
- No unauthorized vendors will be allowed entry
- Large chains or spiked jewelry
- Large umbrellas
- Non-collapsible chairs
- Pets (except service dogs)

There
will be 2 ATM's located inside the festival grounds next to the main
gate. Please note that the onsite ATM fees will be slightly higher than
usual because of the convenience factor.

Auditorium
Shores is an outdoor venue and therefore smoking is allowed. However -
smoke at your own risk. If your smoke is getting all over Ray-Ray's
brand new matching linen suit short set that he just purchased
especially for UMF - that's between you and Ray-Ray.

There
is no Designated Driver Program in place. However, if you feel you are
not able to drive, please notify any person wearing a volunteer tshirt
and we will escort you the gate and call Austin Cab Company (the
Official Cab Company of UMF) to get you back to your home or hotel
safely.

Before
heading out to UMF, invest in a Sharpie and label your goods like you
are headed to summer camp! To aid us in returning items to you quickly
– a mobile number is best. The Lost & Found Tent will be
located near the entrance gate.
After the festival, call us at 512-314-5433
to inquire about lost items. Valuables will be held until July 16th,
2007 and donated to a local non-profit after that date. Urban Life
Group is not liable for any unclaimed items.
For your child's safety, please stop by KidCiti located
at the front of the Shores near the entrance gate to be issued matching
wrist bands which will allow us to quickly identify your child and
return them to you safely should you become separated.

Auditorium
Shores is wheelchair-accessible. However, due to the large size and
natural terrain it can be difficult to maneuver a wheelchair across the
park.
Please note that UMF will not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service. Please bring attendants if needed. We are willing to accommodate your special needs as best as we can - with sufficient advanced notice. Send us an email detailing your request and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
