Letter to the Editors, AUSTIN AMERICAN-STATESMAN—Here in the afterglow of a highly successful Texas Relays weekend, I felt the need to say thanks to the City of Austin, the University of Texas Athletics Department, Austin police and firefighters and the many locals who worked to make the event a tremendous success. The city's support of the Urban Music Festival just took the Relays to another level.
