| how to redeem your original umf ticket or wristband |
Anyone with a wristband or unused ticket from the April 7th date will be able to exchange them for a ticket to the new show date.
In Austin , all wristbands and tickets can be exchanged at Mitchie's Gallery (Under One Roof in Killeen) for a ticket to the June 23rd show. In addition - anyone exchanging a ticket or wristband from the April 7th date will also receive a voucher good for a one day admission to UMF 2008!
If you are not able to make it to either ticket outlet location before Friday, June 22nd, you will be able to exchange your old wristband/ticket at the gate on Saturday, June 23rd, as well as - receive your voucher for UMF 2008.
If you only have the etix print at home paper ticket - those will only be available for redemption at the gate on June 23rd.
If you are not able to make it by Mitchie's or Under One Roof, or attend the June 23rd date - you are still eligible to receive the voucher for UMF 08. However, all UMF 08 vouchers still must be claimed no later than June 23rd, 2007. Please email us and we'll make arrangements to get your voucher to you.
I'M NOT INTERESTED IN COMING TO THE NEW DATE, OR THE DATE IN 2008 - CAN I GET A REFUND?
We will not issue refunds, as the tickets were originally sold under a no refund policy. We believe the rescheduling of the show, along with providing a voucher good for first day admission to the show next year is a sufficient offer of goodwill and customer satisfaction. |
